Clients call Ngenious when they want to let their team excel, do some fundamental cost cutting or improve the way they serve their customers; our clients have a need for operational performance improvement at the working floor or in the (internal) supply chain.

We help companies to develop their vision on performance improvement and assist with setting clean and measurable goals. After we take care of the implementation or support internal teams while they implement themselves.

Our approach is characterized by the combination of 'soft' and 'hard'. On the one hand we focus on processes and numbers. On the other hand our advisors are experienced partners in change and the development of leadership and behavior. As one of the first consulting firms we use innovative (online) performance tools in combination with operational performance improvement.

For everyone with basic Lean knowledge, we offer Lean Green Belt and Black Belt self study packages.
